It is essential that our players have the inner-drive to succeed and TEAM pride that will allow West Coast Prospects to be a POWER FORCE. We believe that ability alone is not sufficient enough to become a competitive team. Knowledge of the skill and how to react to any situation will develop us into a competitor.
Our staff also believes that a well-disciplined team achieves the greatest results for the effort they expend. A disciplined team is not one that is reprimanded by a coach and then penalized for their mistakes. We believe a well-disciplined group of athletes is self-disciplined. This will help develop a family environment in which we can attain a common goal together.
In a family striving for the same goal we also believe communication between player and coach is vital to a strong and successful organization. Every member of our team is a very important part regardless of their ability or role. We must insist on THE TEAM FIRST ATTITUDE.
